Once order processing, packaging, or shipment preparation has begun, cancellation may no longer be available.

Return eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

10. Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed on the applicable product page and during checkout.

The final transaction currency and total amount payable will be shown before you submit payment.

Prices may change without prior notice, but a price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.

Pricing Errors

We will not intentionally add undisclosed product or service charges after you submit your order.

Any government-imposed charge or separate payment-provider fee outside our control will be handled as permitted by applicable law.

12. Payment

Before Production or Processing Begins

If an order has not entered production, processing, packaging, or shipment preparation, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

After Production or Processing Begins

Once production, customization, processing, packaging, or shipment preparation has begun, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Any applicable cancellation conditions or non-refundable costs will be handled according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and applicable law.

After Dispatch

Orders that have already been dispatched generally cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want a dispatched order, you should wait for delivery and contact us to request a return.

Return eligibility, return shipping costs, and any applicable deductions will be determined under our Return & Refund Policy.

17. Returns and Refunds
